Registration

Online Registration

If your student is not currently enrolled, please come to the office any weekday between 8:00 AM - 2:30 PM, or email Karen Haman. More details are available on our Enrollment page.

If you need access to a computer, you are welcome to come to the main office to complete registration.

Registration Checklist for Enrolled Students
  1. Log in to JeffcoConnect

  2. Verify all information
    • Click on your student’s name
    • Click on each section on the left and verify/update all information
    • Click “Save” on each page
    • After reviewing all sections, click “Submit” on the summary page
    • Return to JeffcoConnect Home

  3. Pay school and transportation fees
    • Click the Jeffco Student Fee Payment link from the left-side menu of JeffcoConnect
    • If you have been contacted about a change in team/schedule, please wait to pay fees until those changes have been completed.
    • 6th Grade Families - Outdoor Lab fees may be paid later in the year, especially if you are going to be applying Lab Card funds to cover OELS fees.

  4. Meal Payment and Free & Reduced Application
    • Please note there is a new system for meal payments as well as free & reduced applications. Even if you already have an old MealPay account, you will need to setup an account through the new system - SchoolCafe.
    • For more information, please visit the Jeffco Food website.
    • When completing the Free & Reduced Application, families have the option of consenting to the disclosure of the application information to waive school district/program fees.

  5. After completing Steps 1-4 above, pick up student schedule
    • Come to the office between 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM Mon-Fri
    • The office will be open until 6:00 PM on Wednesday, August 8 and Friday, August 10
    • Student schedules will be available electronically in Infinite Campus after noon on Friday, August 10
